Connect with other women and learn about important mental health topics every 3rd Saturday of the month. Hikes led by Clinical Psychologist and avid hiker, Dr. Wetegrove-Romine. July 20: The Mind-Body Connection: How Physical Health Affects our Mental Health August 17: Using the Outdoors to Master our Fears and Build Resiliency September: No group hike October 19:  FALLing into Healthier Habits November 16: Tips for Managing the Holiday Blues December: No group hike *Don't forget to wear loose-fitting clothing and hiking or tennis shoes. Bring a water bottle and sunscreen, plus any other items to make your hike more comfortable (e.g. small snack, sunglasses, hat). Hikes are fully refundable if cancelled due to bad weather.
